VP of Finance / CFO — Consumer Brands
This is a client-facing strategic finance leadership role working across a portfolio of high-growth consumer brands.
The person in this role operates as a finance leader to founders and management teams while working alongside GreenSpark's accounting, Capital Services, data, and technology teams.

What You’ll Do
- Build and own operating models, forecasts, and strategic financial planning
- Develop and analyze channel P&Ls across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, wholesale, and retail
- Analyze unit economics, cohort performance, LTV/CAC, inventory, and working capital
- Help founders understand how much they can invest in growth and how that growth should be funded
- Support capital raises, debt processes, diligence, and transactions alongside GreenSpark Capital Services
- Provide models, financial data, and rapid diligence support during capital events
- Design financial reporting and ensure the integrity of underlying financial and operating data
- Work with our technology team to improve financial workflows and determine where AI and automation belong
- Critically review financials and direct accounting teams on accruals, cutoffs, and financial reporting
- Serve as a trusted finance partner to founders and management teams
- Manage priorities across multiple client relationships simultaneously
Who We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of finance experience; OR 2–3 years in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting followed by meaningful operating finance experience
- Meaningful consumer-brand experience
- CFO experience or strong VP of Finance experience with clear upward trajectory
- Strong financial modeling capabilities, including the ability to build models from scratch
- Accounting fluency sufficient to critically review financials and direct an accounting team
- High-intensity client-facing experience
- Ability to operate peer-to-peer with founders and executives
- Highly organized and comfortable operating across multiple companies simultaneously
- Strong AI fluency and demonstrated use of AI in daily work
